No Gods No Cameras

London, 2026
Excited to share that I've been making my very first video game, thanks to the dev wizardry of my friend Brett Alexander Preston.

Part art project, part activist skill-share. NO GODS NO CAMERAS is a creative take on hacktivist ethics: it turns open data about surveillance back against the systems of surveillance, asking, “Why are those cameras there?” and “What are you going to do about it?”

Take to the streets to destroy CCTV cameras, take out police drones, dodge cops and learn tools of resistance.

Incorporating real world data of CCTV camera locations and capabilities. Plan your action and take to the streets with a variety of tools, from crow bars to silly string, and help defend the public against invasive surveillance.

Brett has done the entire backend while my role has been the concept creator, art (3D & 2D), producer and writer of the project.

About my dev:

Brett Alexander Preston—publishing and performing under the handles ZAGA and 7nihilate—is a Canadian multi-disciplinary digital artist, creative developer, and open-source software advocate. Driven by an anti-surveillance ethos and a commitment to free, community-driven tools, Brett designs cross-platform audio-visual systems, indie games, music, and signal-processing utilities. Bringing together sound, real-time graphics, and code, his work leverages the fusion of interactive technology and digital audio engineering as a direct counterweight to centralized digital control.
